Data Deletion Instructions

Based Audio respects your right to control your personal data.

If you have used Based Audio and connected a third-party platform such as Facebook or Instagram, you may request deletion of your data at any time.

Based Audio is operated from the United Kingdom and complies with applicable UK GDPR and data protection laws.

To request deletion of your data associated with Based Audio or any connected social media integrations:

1. Email support@basedaudio.co.uk
2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
3. Include the email address associated with your Based Audio account

Upon request, we will delete:

• Your Based Audio account information
• Any data obtained via connected platforms (including Facebook or Instagram), such as:
  • Public profile information
  • Business account identifiers
• Any stored platform-related metadata associated with your account

Based Audio only accesses Meta platform data when a user explicitly connects their account and grants permission.

We will process and complete your data deletion request within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

You may also disconnect Based Audio from Facebook or Instagram at any time through your account settings. Once disconnected, we will no longer access data from those platforms.

Based Audio does not use personal data to train public AI models.
